Idaho Skin Institute of Twin Falls is Hiring an Assistant Office Manager Near Twin Falls, ID

The Assistant Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front-end and back-end staff members to ensure the clinic is running smoothly and efficiently. The Assistant Office Manager works closely with the Providers to plan, coordinate, direct, and supervises various elements of the office. The Assistant Office Manager communicates and coordinates with the Practice Manager and Office Manager on a regular basis.

Manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the office

  • Process Payroll and send to Practice Manager
  • Assist HR Coordinator to recruit, interview, and select new staff members
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training
  • Monitor, order, and maintain supplies (medical, office, scrubs, breakroom, etc.)
  • Gather and send business expense receipts to Practice Manager
  • Regularly review productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings and annual performance evaluations for staff; lead semi-annual and annual performance reviews
  • Participate in employee relations: coaching, development, discipline, etc.
  • Create and maintain office budget
  • Review accounts receivable reports monthly
  • Ensure patient privacy is being maintained according to HIPAA laws.
  • Ensure office is opened and closed daily, as per established schedules
  • Assist with patient care, biologics, pathology, prior authorization, training, and other duties as needed
  • Coordinate facility needs (indoor cleaning, outdoor cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Ensure computers and other technology is working properly; troubleshoot, coordinate maintenance and repairs when needed
  • Perform other duties as needed
